They have big families and can use the extra help.

Three, four and five are all in college. One is out of the house and two is married. That means we are far beyond a man-to-man defense. And one of us needs to be with Lucy because of the fragility of her condition. That means one of us needs to drive six and seven to school, one needs to get nine and ten to their school and someone else needs to get eleven to her school and someone needs to watch Lucy. Thankfully eight can get to her school alone.
I sound like Yogi Berra, the famous NY Yankee’s catcher who once said, “I never said most of the things I said.” or “Baseball is ninety percent mental and the other half is physical.”
